In the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective items sent to the customer, it must be communicated to us within 10 days upon the delivery date. For items lost in shipment, claims, if any, must be communicated not later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Just send us pictures and videos of the defective product, along with the original packaging in which the product was received by the customer, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it. Once verified, we'll place a return order, and ask you to send the product back to us via any courier you like and pay you the courier charge. Once the product reaches us, we will send you a replacement item, or refund the amount back to you, whichever you prefer.
